Sr. Client Relationship Manager

Position Summary:

Sr. Client Relationship Manager (CRM) primary responsibilities will be to enhance the client experience through excellent customer service as well as provide daily administrative support to our financial consultants’ (securities and advisory services offered through LPL Financial, A Registered Investment Advisor, Member FINRA/SIPC.) business practices (e.g. client meetings, on-boarding new clients).

This is a full-time, salaried position with bonus potential. The position requires frequent client contact typically by telephone, in-person, written correspondence and by email. This individual will often be a frequent point of contact for the firm, and a key contributor to client satisfaction.


  • Field client inquiries and resolve service issues
  • Administer new client accounts, gather missing client information, and verify client documentation
  • Process and track account transfers
  • Respond to client questions regarding their account(s) with factual information
  • Assist clients with completion of new account forms and processing of DocuSign envelopes
  • Provide ongoing account maintenance
  • Verify incoming deposits
  • Process outgoing withdrawals and journal requests
  • Properly record all interactions within customer relationship management software
  • Attend events
  • Create and run needed portfolio reports


  • 3+ years experience in the financial services industry in a client service role
  • Associate’s Degree or higher
  • CFP ®, the Series 66 or Series 7 Registrations a plus, but not required
  • Experience with financial planning software (Ex. E-Money) and CRM systems required
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Exceptional organizational and clients service skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage competing priorities, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Computer literate and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Able to quickly learn proprietary web-based account services applications
  • Appreciation for compliance and adherence to government regulations
  • Ability to represent to the firm in a polished and professional manner
